By using the El-Masrien Restaurants website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for browsing the menu, placing orders and booking tables.
We strive to display accurate prices and information; prices and offers may change without prior notice. Each order's final price (including applicable VAT) is calculated by our server at the moment you place the order, not simply the price shown while browsing. Some items are sold by weight (per kilo or fractions of it) and some large items are sold "on request" — you propose the price when ordering, and the branch may contact you to confirm or adjust it. A minimum order amount may apply and is shown during checkout. Order confirmation is subject to item availability and the branch's operating hours; if an item sells out at the moment you submit, the order may be rejected so you can resubmit without it, and ordering may be paused temporarily in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery orders require setting your location pin on the map, inside the branch's delivery area. The delivery fee is computed by our server from the real driving distance between the branch and your location (a base fee plus a per-kilometre amount) and is clearly shown before you confirm. If the real distance can't be computed momentarily, a conservative estimate is used and the branch may review and adjust it when contacting you.
Available payment methods (cash on delivery/pickup, card, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Apple Pay) are shown at checkout and may vary by branch and availability. Electronic payments follow the relevant provider's instructions.
Offers and discounts are subject to their stated conditions: validity period, minimum order, usage limits, and restriction to specific branches, order types or times — with only one offer applied per order. Our server validates the offer at the moment you place the order; an expired or exhausted coupon may be rejected even if it appeared while browsing.
By placing an order you agree to receive messages about that order's status (via WhatsApp, or browser notifications if you enabled them). Browser notifications are entirely optional and can be turned off at any time in your browser settings.
A photo attached to a complaint or suggestion must be relevant to it and free of any offensive or unlawful content; we reserve the right to remove inappropriate material.
Table reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, with notice.
